Davis joined River Cities in 2010 to focus on growth equity, recapitalizations and buyouts of middle-market healthcare services companies. Davis has been a healthcare advisor, investor and business development specialist for over 14 years and is experienced with the following sub-sectors: home healthcare, geriatric primary care, disease and care management, alternate site, long-term care, hospice, dialysis, pharmaceutical services, wholesale distribution, specialty distribution, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, pharmacy, staffing, managed care and healthcare information technology.

Davis was previously Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Investment Banking for National City Capital Markets, where he advised healthcare services companies on strategic and private equity transactions. Earlier in his career, Davis worked with a core group of healthcare services bankers at both Lehman Brothers Inc. and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Davis has a B.A. with honors in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Davis is a member of Mercy Health Partners Finance and Strategy Committee and sits on the boards of advisors for two private healthcare companies.
